Yeah, I’ve accomplished chemical straightening/smoothing treatments (not at Ulta) and my hair doesn’t take to them in the slightest degree. Seriously just depends upon your hair type as far as what operates with it or not. I don’t think that’s the stylist’s fault.My bubbly character sets me other than The remainder! I’m quite personable
